SMTP / IMAP Provider Guide

Use these presets to connect quickly. If your provider isn’t listed, try auto-discover or contact info@straightmail.co.uk.

Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Fastmail: usually require an App Password when 2-Step/2FA is enabled.
Microsoft 365 / Outlook: prefer the Microsoft/Outlook (OAuth) button. If using SMTP/IMAP, ensure Authenticated SMTP is enabled on the mailbox.
IMAP is almost always port 993 (SSL) • SMTP is usually 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS).
