Quick guides with short videos. More coming soon.

  1. Connect your account

Connect your email account step by step:

    • 1. Outlook: Choose Microsoft / Outlook, sign in with your account, and you’ll be redirected back. Your account will then appear on the dashboard.
    • 2. Google (Gmail):
      • First enable 2-Step Verification.
      • Then create a 16-digit app password at Google App Passwords.
      • In Straight Mail, select Other Providers, enter your Gmail address and the 16-digit app password (no spaces), then connect.
    • 3. Other Providers:
      • Select Other Providers, enter your email + password, and press Discover.
      • If that fails, open our SMTP/IMAP provider list and enter the details manually.
      • Some providers may also require an app password.
    • 4. Test & Save: Open the connected account, press Test Sending and Test Receiving. If both show “Success”, press Save.

    • 4. Sequence (tab):
      • Click Add Email; add Version B for A/B testing.
